Person centred therapy in Heworth, York

A warm welcome. If you have been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or stuck for a while, you may find counselling helpful.

Therapy is conversation that focuses fully on you.  Here you have the opportunity to talk about anything that is causing you concern with someone who really wants to understand you.

I aim to create a space where you feel supported and able to explore all of your experiences, thoughts and feelings. By understanding yourself better you will find that you start to see a greater range of possibilities in relation to how you approach your life.

I am experienced in counselling adults aged 18-45. Early adulthood can be a time of significant change. This may be in relation to family, relationships, study, work and identity. It may also be a time when you are becoming aware of the impact of your past on your present and you want to better understand this.

Sessions: Tuesday and Wednesday day times. Please contact me for current availability.
